The health and safety of you, our customers and that of our technicians is of the utmost importance to us. With so many people working from home, the number of calls we have received for service has increased substantially and with such widespread contact we are doing all that we can to keep everyone safe, and we ask for your help in achieving that.
Please note that we will REQUIRE that you wear masks when interacting with our technicians.
We also ask that you appoint one person to interact with our technician and please point out any issues you are having or information to share with us at the start of our visit and then give our technician some space to work.
These are extraordinary times, we are in a number of different households on a given day and as such our contact is fairly widespread. To mitigate our risk all employees are given a temporal scan each and every morning, all customers are asked to fill out the questionnaire below truthfully and honestly and are recorded for contact tracing. We ask that you respect our concerns, the health and safety of our technicians and other customers and allow us to do our work in a way that makes us feel most secure.
