The health and safety of you, our customers and that of our technicians is of the utmost importance to us. With so many people working from home, the number of calls we have received for service has increased substantially and with such widespread contact we are doing all that we can to keep everyone safe and free of coronavirus, and we ask for your help in achieving that.
Please call our office immediately if you or someone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 or has been exposed after making an appointment. We would be happy to help reschedule when things are safer for our employees.
We also ask that you appoint one person to interact with our technician and please point out any issues you are having or information to share with us at the start of our visit and then give our technician some space to work.
These are extraordinary times, we are in a number of different households on a given day and as such our contact is fairly widespread. To mitigate our risk all employees are fully vaccinated and we keep detailed records for contact tracing should it be necessary. We ask that you respect our concerns about coronavirus, the health and safety of our technicians and other customers and allow us to do our work in a way that makes us feel most secure.
